sitting in the middle turned out to be most natural and comfortable feel of all vehicles, and it has flat bottom to glide over. Very good and economical way, traversing wet and cold lands.

I would like to draw your attention to driving in difficult & demanding terrain in which 4x4 vehicles may not perform well. :-) If you compare to Russian BTR-90 APC : Length 8.15m, Width 3.1m & Height 3m, this ATV is still smaller in size : Length 6.3m, Width 2.5m & Height 2.7m. :-> I'm sure they can make this ATV smaller in size if required. :-]

on a vehicle like that, torque matters more. most military vehicles have very low hp but high torque.

It seems to be more like a tractor set up with a good hard wearing economical turbo diesel engine,but the real pushing/pulling power is in the drive train..plenty power not so much speed,kinda like a loader or all terrain crane etc..

They meant cargo capacity...trucks with those engines tow trailers with medium sized heavy equipment in Europe etc...they power many 7.5 ton- 10 ton rated trucks...this is a totally different category..that's a real work truck engine..not a gas guzzling luxury ute engine.
