Recipe for bowtie pasta with salmon. Ingredients one cup heavy cream one tablespoon grated lemon peel one pound of fresh spinach. One pound of salmon deboned and skined then cut into cubes. 12 ounces of bowtie pasta a half cup of grated Parmesan cheese and pine nuts optional. What you need to do is combine the cream lemon peel and lemon juice together simmer over low heat. Once everything's at a low simmer at the salmon and cook till opaque. Add to spinach let cook for a minute or over the pasta sprinkle grated cheese on the top stair add some more and Dig in. It tastes really good I promise my mom and I have made this recipe like a bajillion times.

To be honest, fish can be really easy to cook. Dressings such as Lousiana flavour can be but before frying and you really don't need anything else. Salmon, for example, doesn't need oil if you buy it with the skin and the only dressings you need are salt and pepper.

In Chris' defense, that is how I cook fish. I take a filet of Talapia or Mahi or something, throw it in a buttered pan, put some vinegarette dressing on the pan, put a lid on it and flip it after a few minutes, brown the other side. Plate it with a salad, and enjoy
