Looks like some nice additions to the current E66, but this video really needs english subtitles or even an english spoken version. Is anything mentioned about when the project will begin, what phases will exist and so on?

بس لو تزيدوا السرعه احسن لو بتكبروا الشارع سرعه الشارع 120 لو تخلوها 140 احسن وتحطون عقوبات على الي يمسك خط اليسار قصدي اخر شارع على اليسار فهموهم اخر شارع على اليسار للمسرعين فقط
