Who knows fictional Prince could be married in the metaverse ? That’s odd to acknowledge inventions could actually change the world through real hard works.
Three main factors leading to lifelong aging 1. stress especially chronic and subtle stress (too subtle that you may never recognize it) - mental and psychological stress affect our bodies physiologically since activating our sympathetic nervous system persistently, thus throwing us out of homeostasis chronic stress is the one factor that can cause hallmarks of aging such as free radicals, inflammation, shortening of the telomere etc... on a non-stop basis 2. imbalance diet 3. not enough exercising of the body These three factors are affecting us from the day of birth to the day we die. The longer we live, the more we are affected by these factors. We always call this chronological age aging. But we put our emphasis on age rather than the underlying causes.
