I've had one for a year, but all of the zipper pulls broke off. I never heard from RTIC customer support, but I replaced the pulls with some off Amazon that are better. I personally have had none of the track issues that others have reported.

Wanted to like my RTIC Soft Pack Cooler; but, the zipper came off of the track after not even four uses. Going to see if RTIC will replace under warranty. From quick searches, this might be a common problem with RTIC zippers. So I'm not going to recommend the brand until I get more information,
