Wat leuk dit zeg! :) Nog een leuk feitje: deze eerste reeks afleveringen werd opgenomen in dezelfde studio van waar 'Het Rad' van VTM vandaan kwam, namelijk in de Vlaamse Televisie Studio's in Londerzeel.

Ik dacht dat het net omgekeerd was: Ik heb Walter Capiau eens op tv horen zeggen dat de eerste afleveringen voor VTM opgenomen zouden zijn in Nederland, nl. in de Joop van den Ende studios in Aalsmeer

Habe mal eine Frage aus Deutschland: habe erst gestern gelesen, dass die ersten Aufzeichnung für TV10 waren und in Belgien produziert wurden. Dieser Sender ist aber nie gestartet und RTL V bzw. RTL4 hat dann das Format gekauft, meine Frage ist was ist mit den ersten Sendungen passiert als man doch dachte sie werden bei TV10 ausgestrahlt? Vielen Dank fürs Feedback und für den tollen Upload!

I hope you don't mind me answering to your question in English, my German isn't that great. It's a really good question you're asking though, as I read the exact same thing a few years ago. It seems like these episodes that were produced under TV10 were NEVER aired (not even after RTL Veronique/RTL 4 acquired the program). The contestants got a videotape of their episode, and that was that. I am not sure if their prizes were ever paid or not (also as I'm pretty sure the episode has to air before prizes are paid or given away, according to the quitclaims that needed to be signed back then), and I have yet to find one of those illusive unaired episode-tapes. Once again, great question, glad I could explain this for once! ^^

With Rad van fortuin i have special memories because about Astra this Show was scrambled, sometimes i had luck and they forget to push the button ;-) with Prijzenslag i had more luck, RTL4 had the rights for hole Europe and this Show was free to air 🙂

@@beimbrendel5228 That's awesome to hear, did not know RTL got the rights for the entire Europe-region for Prijzenslag 😄 I'm from '95, so the entire 'descrambling' wasn't part of my youth anyway, I only first heard about it after an old, Dutch fansite posted old video's of leaders and intro's with those captions at the top, just like you see in this recording. If I'm correct, you can even see the signal getting switched over to a scrambled signal, right at the beginning of the program in this video :)

@@JayDeeIsMyName exakt, after some sec. the Screen is bright ;-) all NL self produced Shows between 89 and 95 was "open" but Rad van Fortuin was an expection, about the Rights only for NL. Series and Films with Subtitles was also scrambled. For more Information ... ;-)

Waarom was dit programma eigenlijk scrambled, was dat omdat het gesponsorde producten bevatte waarvoor alleen in NL en Luxemburg reclame gemaakt mocht worden?
