Alright. Here's what I spotted in this RTM2 (renamed TV2 since February 1990, except between April 2006 to December 2008 when it became the previous name used before February 1990)'s start of transmission: Two song instrumentals, both incomplete, the first song finishes at 1:19, then 1:28 Suara Kekasih (Alleycats' song) until 3:16, 3:22 transition to clock with a circle effect (same as the 1980s usage, including the usage in closedown on RTM1) 3:51 Negaraku (national anthem, RTM version, again the 1980s version, around 1993-1994 that would change to the march version as seen on TamanSesame's TV2 start and end of transmission videos originally recorded in 1995-1996) The TV3 version was instrumental until the change to the march version, as seen on abgcantik's video mixed with other content (in the case of his video, it was recorded in February 1985, only eight months following TV3's start of broadcast) 5:12 Patriotic song: Setia (newer versions of this were made for broadcast on channels such as TV9 in 2012-2013 (with rap) and Astro, through Rocketfuel Entertainment in 2017-2018) The complete start-up would have included the RTM2/TV2 ident where the recording stops, along with the programme summary and Quran reading. This would be likely between Mondays and Thursdays and on a normal day, as it was starting at 4:50 p.m., following the end of TV Pendidikan schedule. In 1995 and 1997 broadcast would start at 3:50 and 3:00 p.m. respectively. Even another source stated that TV2 started broadcast at 1:00 p.m. in 1998. For me, this would be likely 1990-1991. RTM1/TV1's broadcast at that time would only start about 10-15 minutes before 4:00 p.m. but on Thursdays it started four hours earlier. And TV3's broadcast started between 4:10-4:20 p.m. on Mondays to Wednesdays, but before the daytime broadcast started in March 1994, Thursday broadcast would start at 1:10 p.m. (in 1991, was 2:10 pm, the first 10 minutes was a programme summary, followed by Selekta Emas).

I think i may trace it by the sultan of malaysia The sultan showned in that brief moment was him, he ruled from 1984 to 1989 So this can be between 1984-1990
