I think it was supposed to be a Halloween concept. But twice cameback so SM pushed RV’s comeback to November. Basically the concept is when it’s a full moon they order a pizza and kill the pizza delivery guy, they keep the shirts and pizza boxes as trophies. You can see them practicing their killing skills with their weapons and at the end the phone box says “missing delivery boys”.

Since you asked about more personal info about them, here we go: their names are Seulgi, Irene, Wendy, Joy and Yeri. Seulgi is the girl with short bangs and long, straight black hair (the one who has her face cut at the beginning of the MV), she's considered to be the perfect member of the group because she's regarded as the prettiest, the best dancer, one of the best singers alongside Wendy (the blonde one), one of the tallest alongside Joy and also incredibly talented at realistic drawing. Irene is the girl who's shaving Seulgi at the beginning/making the phone call in front of the moving sea painting, she's the oldest and shyest member, also an actress and the most flexible member of the group. Wendy is the blonde one, considered the best singer of the group with an extensive vocal range and control, she's been living in Canada since forever, therefore can speak fluent english (unlike the others, with the exception of Seulgi who's also fluent in japanese) and play multiple instruments like piano, guitar, flute and saxophone, used to release video covers on her personal youtube channel. Joy is the girl in black dress crawling to the pizza toy house, like Irene she's also an actress, it's said she can imitate Mr Krab from Spongebob and sing trot (traditional korean musical genre) quite well, as well as being a huge fan of Ariana Grande and a proud dog lover. Last but not least, there's Yeri (the short-haired girl sitting in the library holding the crossbow and the dissected bear/raccoon/whatever that is), the youngest member of the group (currently 19 while everyone else is 22+ years old), responsible for the eventual rapping in the songs and, as opposite to Irene the oldest, she's the most outspoken and sociable with some sort of tomboyish attitude.
