Thank you The problem is sorted the main issue was the Telecom authority was not authorized so I had to register the device first like a mobile phone. The support 9 to 36v DC.

The IMEI has been registered and the problem has been resolved. The IMEI number needs to be registered with your telecommunications authority. To get the IMEI, you need to open the device and note it from the module.

Please contact with the telecommunication authority maybe they block the IMEI you have to pay the tax and then it will work.
