dear sir out of box i have a query, is there any way by which i can convert the ensemble transcript id into a single protein coding refseq match directly. Though sir i used bioDBnet to convert the transcript to gene id but, on doing that im getting many output including the XP also. It is very tedious to search each and every gene in Ensembl and its refseq match.
