RTV Slovenia is most recognisable for it's symbol, the flute boy called "Pastricka" (after the name of theme, which was played on it's idents until 1997, when it was replaced by national anthem of Slovenia). It was also responsible for "Kvalifikacija za Millstreet", a one of predeccesors of what to be the nowadays semi-finals of ESC, in which, the hosts qualified for it, finishing it on the first place.

As for me, the periods of the late 90s and early 2000s have a rather unique and unusual design. They could have continued like this, but they decided to adapt to a minimalistic design (as in 99% of European TV).

Just in case ppl are wondering what the hell is EPP that always appear before commercials on Yugoslavian TV channels, it actually means "economic advertising program" in English. Probably back then most TV stations within the JRT broadcasting corporation were operating on funds supplied by Yugoslavia's central govt in Belgrade, the constituent republics' govts and fees from private companies wanting to get advertising slots on Yugoslavian TV.
