I see that RTX 3050 can handle temperatures better than RTX 3060 with this same processor. Why is this?

I have the same laptop with the same configuration rtx 3050 with i5 11tg generation and 8gb ram but i cannot play any game with it as the card graphic seems not detected at all Kind assit in that please
