@@rodrigocalvo6707 @Rodrigo Calvo The 3060 has way better RTX performance, as well as being slightly more powerful powerful in general despite the 2060 Super being (supposedly) more expensive. Sure, your 2600 might hold them both back a bit and you might get +20, or even +30 fps with a flagship CPU in the worst possible cases, but it's still a very solid CPU that will 100% perform very well until you decide to get an upgrade for it. But obviously, it's incredibly hard to get a GPU at even close to msrp because of the recent shortages, so if you can get a better deal on a 2060S and you're in a hurry to get a graphics card, go for it.

Considering the 2600 is almost FIVE years old at this point it is quite impressive still. I remember back when i had a fx 8350, five years into its life it still worked but games chugged along and always had problems. The 2600 works incredibly well in new games still

@Kmilli03 HI! Yes, if you want to play AAA Games at 60fps and Competitive games like Valorant or CSGO at 144fps, Ryzen 5 1600 can handle it with any good GPU. However, consider AMD because it has less cpu usage. Nvidia has gpu driver overhead (check Hardware unboxed, they inform about that). I upgraded to 5600X + 6900 XT. Mid tier cpu, but perfect combination in all games ❤️

Turn off DOCP in your bios and manually input the stock speeds for your ram (instead of docp auto) I had this problem in Warzone and Cold War albiet with a 1060, but I have a b450M and a 2600x. Cold War and Warzone would crash constantly with DOCP and once I turned it off, I haven't crashed once since.

the thing ive noticed since i bought it. I see almost perfet performance in games like ccall of duty red dead redemption and generally demanding games and i get 100 fps cause it works at 90 to 100%. In games like league of legends my 1050ti and my 3060 almost ges the same fps. I only get like 90 to 130 fps in league were i should get like 250 300 with a better cpu. My 3060 only uses like 20%

I bought and tried a rx 6600 xt and I had major utilization issues with that GPU. Temps were fine, the boost clocks was just all over the place, changed literally every second, and it was never able to hold 60 FPS stable even in games my old rx480 had no problem with - no matter what settings, low or ultra made no difference... Ridiculous! My only explanation is AMD's drivers and their moronic quest for efficiency. My old rx 480 was actually more stabile in most of my played games, so returned that shit and now have a 3060 on the way... I'm done with AMD and their shitty drivers!

No because of a bottleneck, the cpu is too weak and cannot keep up with the power of the 3060. This is more of a situation where someone already has the cpu and wants to slowly upgrade their pc.

This build cost me about 2500$ (everything included). if your target is storyline offline games then go for it, pair it with better ram and OC it. You will be fine.

I mean, GTX1030 or GTX780 are still being used to this day, and it's been more than 5-6 years, so with RTX3060 it's going to last even longer. And the CPU is the same I'm using rn is really great, even can stream with it, while playing games. My GPU atm is GTX1650, planning on upgrading to RTX3060.

Ryzen 5 3600X, if you want a bigger upgrade for productivity and have the money you can go for a 5600X. All you need to avoid bottleneck is the 3600X though

get a new cpu. Ur cpu is too weak for the graphics card which is causing the cpu to work harder and the graphics card to work less resulting the the graphics card not using its full potential hence why you are getting 55fps in fortnite

Yes newer graphics cards are optimized for 1440p and above so there are some slight issues in 1080p
