But wait, a 4060 running a big open world game at 1440p/High/60+ fps, with DLSS. Clearly the CryEngine is too light for this game. Where is my industry standard UE5 garbage, that talentless developers can't code to save their life. Or use Nanite/Lumen to do all of the work for them. While putting all of the costs on me(you!) the customer. Or maybe they should have asked for some help form the Monster Hunter Wild development team. Seeing how they want you to play their game at 30 fps with a 4060, and then Frame Gen it to 60. So yea, game runs too well for current hardware. I would avoid it till it runs worse.

Well yeah 4060 doesnt have a problem when the game isnt CPU limited, which was a case of first KCD, but this game also can get very CPU limited when there is lots of NPCs on screen, so idk what is your problem here

Pior que não tenho um monitor 1080p pra ter uma referência matheus, usar monitores de resoluções mais altas em resoluções mais baixas como referência seria uma resposta imprecisa, mas acredito que deva ficar ok ali no DLSS Balanceado talvez. Muitissimo obrigado pelo comentário Matheus.

The DLSS 4 activates the Transformer Model, which decreases the performance to increase the image quality (that's why DLSS 3 has more performance). Of course, I believe not everyone will notice the quality improvements but with DLSS 4 you will be able to use DLSS Performance for example, without loosing much quality while DLSS Performance on DLSS 3 look much worse.

With DLSS3 DLAA at 1080p, I always hated that things would become blurry when the camera moves but that doesn't happen anymore with the transformer model. Though DLSS4 does introduce it's own artifacts, you won't notice them at 1080p DLAA (or DLSS Quality for the most part).

3.7 is looking good but 4 + Transformer looks even better, I really recommend it, the FPS hit by using Transformer is not that big.

Hi friend, the performance would be the same by using a Ryzen 5 5600 and 16GB for example, this game is not CPU bound or memory hungry, it is barely using 13GB in the video, CPU is almost sleeping as well.

Hi friend, performance wise, the DLSS 4 is more demanding because of the Transformer Model, which improves the image quality, being possible to use lower DLSS Presets such as Performance and it will still look similar to DLSS 3 Quality. Let's see but I believe it will be fine, in the beginning of the game, there is a war going on in the castle with many NPCs fighting and the FPS is basically there same there compared to what you are seeing, if it performs worse in the city, I will bring a new test.

The game starts in a war with many NPCs fighting in a castle + combat, you get basically the same FPS there compared to this forest scene. Decided to try in this area because it will be easier to compare GPUs later.

Hi friend, this isn't a comparison video, the goal here is only to show the performance at different graphics presets, in game releases, it isn't worth it to record videos with too high bitrate, this video for example, KZbin already took more than 1 hour to process, higher bitrate would be even more, 2 hours, 3 hours, and this time can't be lost. Bitrate is also good, 50Mbps AV1 is above recommended for 1440p recordings, I believe what you are seeing is the KZbin Compression. Thanks a lot for your comment.
