Hello! I have a similar PC (rtx 4070, ryzen 7600x and 32 GB) and I had been worried for a while because my CPU in games like cyberpunk showed quite high usage percentages (60-70%) and with peaks of even 80-85% when there is a lot of people on screen, I was worried since it is supposed to be a good cpu, but it seems that it bottlenecks the RTX 4070 a little, very little but it does some bottleneck. I see similar usage percentages in your video, I guess what happens to us is normal and they are normal percentages, right?

Theres a few % bottleneck as you can see in the video, nothing major. Stock cooler is fine, but for better temps I would suggest a better one

FPS is very high compared to other benchmarks with the processor I will have I5-14400f. The processors are of a similar price range. Will there also be such high fps on this Intel? I think you might be taking a risk buying second hand, but as long as the return policy is sound, might be worth a shot. I'd be concerned about the system being weak in other areas, so you need to ask for details about the motherboard, storage, RAM, PSU and so on. To build a system with decent components from scratch at this level will cost about £1300 (ish) ...

This test makes the hardware seem bad - the games do not use DLSS (or FG where relevant) and they aren't optimised. With all of these games a 4070 Super / 7600 combo runs all of the games exceedingly well.
