The game itself might require more VRAM so you should probably play it safe and go for the better and more future proof option , that being a RX 7900 XT they have a similar price to each other as well

Pairing a 4070ti with a ryzen 5 5600x will cause massive bottlenecking. I would recommend an upgrade like the Ryzen 7 5800x3D

5600x would bottleneck, u could have a normal 4070 it will still bottleneck but not enough that u need to upgrade cpu, gpu will always have some sort of bottleneck

4070 super is better in rt, and have completely mastered 1440p every game u play is over 80 fps at max setting in 1440 p, and 100/110fps with dlss on 1080 ultra setting
