its because the gpu is creating shaders and shader cache files. Its normal play a few more games and wil be gone

Damn just ran a ram test and looks good, temps run good and cpu utilization is relatively even im at a loss

Are you on DirectX12? If so, yes this is normal. Should go back to normal after 4-5 games.

Seems like i got it fixed was a problem with the chipset drivers needed to reinstalled. however fortnite is just poorly optimized if you can see when we lands and plays in the top right sometimes the down arrow goes below 200/100 when rendering similar to mine

If your wanting to get this build mainly for Fortnite you should bite the bullet with the super, AMD cards have never been very good with Fortnite but almost better with every other game

i got the 4070 super recently to pair with my i5-13600k and i am performing worse than my 1660 super i was using, i am playing all low settings and i keep dropping frames sometimes down to 60 fps

Fortnite is mostly a cpu based game. Yes an i5-13600k is a pretty good cpu it’s now where near a ryzen 7 7800x3d.

I got the same CPU but I have an rx 5600 XT paired with it. its a bad gpu and i get the same if not more fps as you. why is that???

Probably because I captured the video with the same pc and also performance mode mostly relies on the cpu.

so basically the gpu is having no effect on the gameplay so technically he only showed a showcase of the ryzen 7 7800x3d and not the 4070 super, to test the gpu he has to go on dx12.

@@surami1 yes I know that. But do you know what renders the amount of frames you have? without a good GPU you cant get high frames. I get more frames than this guy and my GPU is more or less the same as a 2060 super

Fortnite is a cpu demanding game. Having a higher end cpu and a midrange gpu is better than having a high end gpu and a mid range cpu (for fortnite ofc)
