He is right , also 7900 Gre is very unique card that can undervolt to increase performance to a point where it beats 4070 Ti Super slightly by 2 - 5 frames in 1440p. As for Ray Tracing , ask yourself will your prefer more frames or less frames ? that's very personal choice based question , Ray Tracing just improves the overall graphical details while eating a lot of electricity and Frames , which is not very ideal for every top tier AAA game in the market . At some point even 4080 will struggle with Ray Tracing in certain games to the point where people will simply just not use ray tracing , besides Ray Tracing was never the standard , nor it should be .

@dualshot66 that is more misinformation raytracing adds way more realism and dlss is superior to fsr as well.. to say it's better at 1440p by 5 frames is incorrect as there are games where the 4070ti super smokes the 7900 gre... stop handpicking the amd optimized games and stop downplaying how raytracing increases realism and graphical details. Of course you can't use raytracing with amd cards because the performance drops too much but nvidia can do rt without that loss

For RT there isn't really any card that delivers satisfying performance yet imo, even the 4090 still struggles at at higher resolutions. Based on that I will take RT into consideration with my next gpu purchase and hope the cards aren't 4k + at that point.

⁠@@arlynnfolkethat’s since 2 + years with amd cards and still not fixed. And yes the newest driver 24.6.1 doesn’t allow to swap from YCbCR to rgb and it looks like shit. Need to downgrade the driver and can’t play newer games :,) so it’s even more games. The drivers are shit from amd that’s a fact. My wife also had graphical errors in ff 14 and still have them. Also the shaders looking worse
