People don't give the drummer in sublime enough credit but he keeps that swing rockin nonstop. It takes groove and stamina to be able to hold that swing on the high hats with 1 hand for an entire concert

Chris Culpen - that’s pretty cool. Crap, the whole thing, people lingering around, sitting next to each other seems sort of foreign due to this stupid Covid-19 crap. What was the name of the first song they played on this video? Was it just a jam?

damm one of the best live shows i've seen brad in, when i saw him live a kid jumped off of a ceiling post and broke his leg and brad stopped playing to help the kid out and then finished the show. when they cam back around he threw a private show in that kids garage and that was one of the most memorable shows i ever saw... wish that was on video.. RIP Brad

It's crazy how far ahead of his time he was, looks at how many bands became famous and popular from his style and sound. You can name hundreds from Gwen Stephany, Smash mouth, limp Bizkit, even quite a few EDM techno sounds came off of this sound. A true rock legend
@Humble-iq5ue2 жыл бұрын
The whole entire Cali reggae scene to this day and all its bands are the children of sublime.
@joesmith2012122 жыл бұрын
@@Humble-iq5ue couldn't agree more... And from my research Bradley really did invent the sound because as a child he was very interested in island music and reggae music. So that signature sound was brewing in him even as a child
