I've tried every cleaning product I had till I found the perfect solution, a dry thin steel wool takes all the water marks off and does not scratch the faucet, easy fast and cheap. Until you try it you won't believe it. I have the shiny faucet and it gets brand new every time.

I have lime scale at the spout that I have had no luck removing. Any hot ideas? Also, I keep an old dishcloth in the shower and wipe off the water from the chrome before I get out of the shower. This helps keep it spot free. Of course, I also use that cloth to wipe down a potion of the tile, until the cloth gets too wet to do any good. Rotate it everyday, and you can dry all of the tiles in a tub a couple of times a week.

Any tips for removing rust? We have acidic well water high in irons and it leaves red stains all over my toilets,tubs and sinks.

you can buy proprietary rust remover from a harware store or auto supplies. it worked for me on concrete and carpet... spot test on ceramic or enamel first though. I would try lemon juice and baking soda first though, or cocacola, which is very acidic

Not sure about all the toxic chemicals in the aerosolized soap spray (lungs, eyes). To my knowledge, proprietary laws allow ingredient nondisclosures on soaps. Mixing just 2 chemicals makes an unknown chemical. I have made my share of homemade cleaners, but have come to question if it’s worth it.

I wouldn't use the Dawn because I'm pretty sure it's tested on animals and there's no way I'm supporting that.

It’s literally safely used on animals who’ve been in horrible oil spills… it’s used at many vet offices and animal rescues.

@@ScrubNSqueeze Dawn is owned by Procter & Gamble that tests their products on animals. I didn't say it was unsafe for animals. There's a difference. This product is NOT cruelty free!
