Well explained, and I have noticed no any difference but literally the Pashtun mentors of Rubab have made it a bit simplified for illiterate learners otherwise the twelve notes (swaras) theory is equal to Indian classical theory which is same as in western music. A brother has commented that it's very difficult and even he didn't understand anything, well, I think he is the one who runs a rubab learning channel simultaneously, and he is quite fluent while he plays rubab but doesn't understand the basics of music therefore he is hanged. You have a following and if you make a video on basis it will be beneficial even for rubab teacher in pashtun built,, I suggest otherwise you know your good work better at all. I have noticed a common problem with new learning aspirants at all that they aren't taught right from the basics but every one prevaricate them with the first lesson on (first sergum) it totally makes them dependent on teachers guidance, if a person just knew that there are only twelve notes which makes the entire building of music,, and at least 12 thaat (10 from Indian music and 2 from east Indian) with defferent ornamentations of these twelve notes and further some derived raags,, then there is nothing difficulties in music and we the Pathan are very talented and can master and revolutionised the art of Rabab. However, in comparison you are doing an unmatchable work but your all most all students still even not know about the basics swar,, if you succeeded taught them this you may bring a revolution.
