RubberBandits Resistance Band Review, Floor (No Anchor) Exercises / Workout

Reviewing a Loop Style Resistance Band that may replace my Undersun Fitness Bands as a my new favorite recommended band. I'll also feature some new floor based exercises and a bonus workout if you follow along with the exercises. I've been meaning to feature these for some time as whenever I travel with my bands this is really my default workout with needing to worry about anchoring the bands. I find that just by sitting/laying on the ground, I'm still able to get a great workout using these.
