yeah, the TV show was basically buying old storage units but you couldn't really see what was in it. You took a risk on what was inside, you'd have to take items to be appraised (valued by a specialist) to see if you've found a good item or not. The game is mimic's it! Only in the demo version you can't get to the full evaluations, you have to take it to a pawn shop for money.
