Ugarte dose more defensive role than creative sharp passes from the middle of the park and the reverse is true with Casimiro which brings balance in the team in every games the play along each other.

Casemiro also makes a lot of mistakes, his passing for one, is really bad! Yes, he makes, out of 10 passes, maybe one or two are really good, but the rest are either sideways or mistakes, which at times, are very costly! I think Mainoo will be a better bet then Casemiro at the moment, as he also has more energy to last the match, and because of that, make less mistakes as he is sharper still as the match wears on!
