When we talk about passion and suffering for the team, it's not that the players are not training properly or don't want to win or can't be bothered with the tactics, it's about taking the performance to the ultimate extreme, these players are all top of the top, absolute pinnacle of human capapbilites in this field (I don't mean ManU specifically, but PremierLeague in general), but to really compete you have to tap into every bit of talent and effort that you got and do it week in-week out. It is a mental thing and you got to relish the competition, the game - so often watching Manu over last years has felt like the players just want to get it over with, the game is a burden of expectations, of history, but it should be faced and enjoyed in the moment.

I now get two spot-on comments from Amorim. He once said United players Can't concentrate for more than 3 minutes. This was a huge statement much as he tried to massage it with watching a movie. He had said it all. Secondly, this one. United needs a shocker to wake-up. May be relegation!!. My be that is When United Systems can wake-up. There is no way a serious club can keep catastrophic defenders like maguire and lindlofe for seasons, a midiorce midfield with lightweight players of Bruno and gang, and, strikers with less than 10 goals in over 4 seasons like Rashfold. And where you Don't have a David Gill!! The Challenge is that these light weight players are mascaraeding as super class players. They lack self motivation to achieve and very comfortable even when beaten by very small teams. They all need to be reduced to performance based pay. Thay have killed the United, and Super Manager would be sacked because of these lads. All sections are simply sleeping on the job. The entire united System is dead asleep and too comfortable that it is only a catastrophy that can dig them out of their slumber. The Manager is just spot-on.

You know I’ve always seen Chelsea as that club you go to as a manager and get sacked after half a season of underperforming. But tell you what, I’d rather manage Chelsea than United at the minute. Is a place were very good managers come to ruin their career. Think about it: Mourinho, Ten Hag, Van Gaal, Moyes, Ragnick. Those are some top quality names man. I mean a mid table club would pay top money to get either one of those guys. Yet at United it’s all gone to absolute shambles.
