I never post comments on KZbin but I just needed to say this. Ever since I discovered your music, I have felt so much peace in my mind. It has helped me through my darkest days and my worst of depression and times of crisis in psychiatric units. Not a night goes by where I don’t listen to your song ‘lay by me.’ As a sufferer of mental health whilst also taking care of others suffering with mental health as a student mental health nurse, the lyrics ‘I’ve been in all those rooms, I know what’s that like’ hits me on a whole new level. No music artist has ever touched me in this way and I just wanted you to know that you’re fucking amazing at what you do and I’m so glad you exist.
