Oh Abu, come back home to Pompey! Hull will never see the player you were for us if they treat you like this. Levels above league one and rightly deserves to be a championship player
@shanegreen258318 күн бұрын
I feel for him really. Yes he’s not played well and he did slightly improve apart from tracking back but I don’t like him being made a scapegoat of in the way he has. We’re all frustrated because we’re in a relegation fight but it’s not acceptable to treat him like that. Great work by Ruben to do this and massive respect. We are never used to an easy life at city, but if we go down I’ll still be here and I’ll still support city.
@ScottReviewsThings17 күн бұрын
So let me get this straight!! He’s been pulled up for sending a public message to a mate congratulating him for scoring his first goal of the season. Jesus. What a time we live in. This is no more than the manager deflecting from his own inability to do his own job. This is so awkward to watch. Feel sorry for Abu.
@decelis201018 күн бұрын
Abu was a shining star for us last season and I felt gutted when I see him sign up for Hull on transfer Deadline Day. He is a fantastic player, he deserves a lot of respect. He will do massive things for your club. Keep your chin up Abu. 💙💙💙 And well done for congratulating your friend on his special occasion.
@mrdeafa2517 күн бұрын
There must be two Abu Kamaras and we signed the wrong one. He has turned out to be one of the worst signings we have made in my lifetime and the worst part of it is his total lack of effort. He hasn't broken sweat in a single game, refuses to tackle and rarely tracks back. His body language, even in this interview, tells us he doesn't want to be here and that's fine because we dont want him.
@KeithMountifield17 күн бұрын
@@mrdeafa25 With this kind of treatment, are you really surprised? I suspect this whole thing is indicative of a far deeper issue in your dressing room than this lad not performing. It's usually to do with the manager... You seem him here playing some very sad passive-aggressive games with a your lad who is not in a situation to be able to defend himself. You've heard the phrase 'a bad workman blames his tools' and all I see here is the manager blaming the lad, rather than taking on the responsibility for helping and leading him. I would expect to see more videos like this with the manager putting on his teflon-coated shoulder pads and blaming the players that he can't or on't lead properly
@KeithMountifield17 күн бұрын
@@robw108 I'm not saying he's been good for you. What I'm saying is that the evidence of his history shows he can be good and is fundamentally a player of quality. So perhaps the reason he's not doing well is not just 'he's lazy' but perhaps a deeper issue with your manager. I your manger can't motivate players to put the effort in, that's a problem with him as much as the players.
@KeithMountifield17 күн бұрын
@@robw108 Which begs the question, is treating him like this going to motivate or alienate the lad? Perhaps it would have been better to deal with the whole thing in private and just ask him not to post publicly on social media rather than throwing him under the proverbial bus. You can always loan him to Pompey in this window then see how well he plays😂
@mrdeafa2517 күн бұрын
@@KeithMountifield Was the previous manager at fault too? Hasn't put a days work in since he hit the payday jackpot. It's not a loss of form we are talking about here, this lads performance has to be seen to be believed. He barely ever gets above a jog when he is on the pitch and despite getting tons of unjustified support from the fans pretty much everyone is sick of him. Has he never managed to tackle anyone before he came to us or has he simply stopped bothering? Was he not bothered about tracking back to help the defence previously or is that just while he is here? When did he forget that he has two feet not one? Has he unlearned that a winger is supposed to cross the ball? I could go on but basically what I am saying is this is not acceptable from any player and this money-sucking clown should be dumped fast.

Absolutely disgusting treatment of a young player. All those involved in this attempt to publicly embarrass him should be utterly ashamed of themselves and their bullying. It's utterly childish. Abu should get the hell out of that toxic environment as quickly as he can.
