With the Viet Cong box, you had conical straw hats and helmets, so could you do NVA as well as Viet Cong?

I've heard plastic glue doesn't work with Rubicon plastic . Only super glue . Is this correct ?

1/56 or 28mm is like. The most popular wargaming scale for skirmish. Arguably the biggest Historical wargaming company (Warlord Games) does almost exclusily 1/56 scale minis.
