Sugar is a carb you get it from roti your rice or any starchy food and the sole purpose of salt is to provide you sodium and chloride. So if you are getting it from the diet you eat there is no need to incorporate them. Simple.

What she is saying is correct but thay have just turned one year. Paras is acting as if they have turned 4-5 years old😂😂😂. Also, in my view extreme food restrictions on babies is not ok. Meetha in the form of jaggery or dates is ok. Baaki phones aur tabs etc you cannot keep them away completely. What does it mean that you will not answer phone or do video call with dada dadi etc just because baby will look at the screen? Recommendation is to not give screen time before 18 months but thoda bahut to dekhenge bachche

Bro woh zamana alag tha. Woh log isliye itne healthy the kyunki woh log ghar ke kaam khud karte the aur technology thi nahi itni to unka exercise bhi bohot hota tha.
