My short Story on How I Cleared My Acne with a some skin care products that actually work! These are SIMPLE PRODUCTS but with consistent use can show some real results. Along with that I also share what I used as SUPPLEMENTS. I have also CREATED a SKIN CARE Routine FOR YOU to get rid of acne scars and pigmentation- PIH and PIE.
Acne can be stopped and the scars can be faded if YOU HANDLE YOUR SKIN PATIENTLY AND calmly. Pick a skin care routine and stick with it for 6 months at least.
Acne is directly connected to diet, nutrition and how your skin is being supporting from internal health. How i cleared my acne, my skin, and acne scars . My acne story, looks transformational but it was a long journey. I used acne home remedies along with diet, supplements, vitamins and home DIYs to remove cure my skin problems. Along with the serum combination for acne scars and dark spots .
I have not had the time for creating the product links. I will update these soon.
Love and cheers for your acne journey!

This's really a very helpful video. Generally, utubers don't cover these topics. Also, there's a new upcoming brand "chemist at play". They have a product which contains 10% niacinamide + 10% azelaic acid + few ceramides. N cost ₹599. They haven't launched yet. But, when they, kindly review it. Thanks ❤

My skin was good with a few acne and a lot od scars 25 days back. But now there is texture alll over and A few acne here and there and bumps all over. Especially beside the nose, on the head and cheeks. I guess them to be comedones. They are colourless ,painless and not apne probably. I have acne issues too, but these right now seem to be cingestion/comedones.But they appear so rough.I feel so Undeconfident. I don't have much money to spend or visit a dermat. Can you please suggest me some products please! ALMOST EVERY CLEANSER/Facewash give me bumps all over. One facewash called salicylic acis faceash from cipla suited me well but for me it is a little, expensive (340 for 60ml)hardly lasts ne for 25-30days.I tried Neutregena Deep clean face ( it had salicylic acid) so i thought it will help. But it caused even more bumps. Even gentle thing like Cleanseme break me out .I have COMBINATION ACNE PRONE skin. Please di suggest ne remedies and products. You're my only hope. I usually have breakouts during my periods and they go away. But this time when I had then, I was trying out these two facewashs and the bumps and textures kept increasing and has become almost permanent now. Been 20 days already. Also I could see them getting dry and something solid small black thing in them . Like a Hardened blackhead. Please help di. Please suggest me some affordable remedies and products. Please di. I look forward for your help. I'm not on ig so can't reach out to you there.i can a afford for around 1200/- overall for a Skincare of two months.

Yay the video is out .. cheers 💃 I always ran away the moment the dermat mentioned antibiotics.. I stuck to a doc who was willing to skip antibiotics, and said use benzoyl peroxide and wait for results but he never explained anything the way you do😁 I have been considering adding a probiotic for sometime now, I will order one now .. Lacto calamine is a rockstar, I admit I broke off with it when I got carried away by trend, silly me 😁 Currently using 10% azelic acid (pharma brand), earth rhythm Vitamin C and Olay retinol mosituriser and quite happy with the progress.. it's slow, and am learning to be a happy tortoise😉 Thank you for sharing your journey, and the constant love and inspiration.. ❤️❤️❤️ Question : I remember you said the ferulic acid gives the earth rhythm vitamin c mild golden colour.. the one I hv received white, so wondering why is it different..

I am just not a big fan of toners and essences! A moisturiser needs to do its job of hydrating the skin enough and the cleanser needs to not strip the skin for it to feel dry. I never advise toners and essences- instead invest that money in actives and face serums!

1- yes 2- use it post your actives and before a moisturiser. its very creamy so you may not need a moisturiser post it. if you do use a little qty of moisturiser. 3- Glycolic acid- ocne a week in the PM routine. cleanse- dry well. use glycolic and moisturise post. @@abhyarthanahazarika1583 hi there! I know the struggle completely!! I use the St. Ives himalayan pink salt body wash. I mix two drops of dettol whilst using it. Initially I was so happy with the results that I started mixing dettol everyday, it backfired. So now I use it in my body wash twice a week. ( I guess you can mix it with any body wash) . I also use retinol on my back once in a week. And yes the game changer has been the deconstruct breakout control serum that I have used religiously everyday except on the days when I use retinol. The only issue being that you will require a lot of it.. But trust me it has been worth it! So basically I started doing for my back ( and face) what Rubina would suggest for the face and voila😇 the acne is completely gone but the marks are still there. It will take time I suppose but I can see them lighten gradually. Hope this helped. All the best😊

Hi Anjali, I actually had a client with just the same scenario. She stayed a vegan for 2 years, with a very active lifestyle and the acne just did not resolve. She then co incidentally changed states and within a few months her acne started resolving. Apparently some factors that dont get discussed very openly in acne care is the fact that high fluoride can cause acne- we discovered it accidentally too. So using filtered water or RO water might be something you wanna consider? I am ofcourse shooting in the dark since I dont know anything else about your stituation but I thought this might help? cheers and hugs...

@@RubinaSkincare I will surely consider using filtered water in my skincare, I have oily skin type! I mostly have whiteheads and a few pimples which I'm scared would tunr in scars as I'm in late 20's ! I'm allergic to aloe juice which these days most of the serums have as their base, then I recently found out about deconstruct and started using their pore control serum recently with a simple hydrating light moisturizer which seems too heavy for me to show the serum it's effects! I'm also using reequil ultra matte sunscreen with it!
