I noticed that the additional sheets like graph_comment and standard_comment are not clearly visible in the clip, they are supposed to be where all the additional sheets are in spreadsheet applications, ie at the bottom left corner.

Did your associated marks automatically generate? It seems this step was skipped over.

since it is a spreadsheet, you can very easily set up a formula to do so.

Generally you can use a VLOOKUP formula. In fact if you pause the video at 9:49 the formula used to extract the mark is clearly visible.
