At the beginning of the trebles in the 5 ch space, you said by explaining how to repeat that row, " double crochets" instead of trebles😉 I love doing this doily, turns out beautiful and so well explained by you. I absolutely love it❤️

I wrote out the pattern for future reference. I did notice a slight change on row 13. After you TR, you said to ch3.....but it says on the pattern to ch2. I also love watching your videos :)
@Michelle.B.537 жыл бұрын
After youve done all 9tr....says ch2 then do normal shell.....then ch2.....and so on
@JonnaMartinezCrochet7 жыл бұрын
+michelle burrows that's good of you to catch that. I'm happy you enjoy my videos. I am not a professional, I try not to teach crochet. I am showing people how I crochet these patterns. How I am showing it is exactly how made mine. Thank you for watching and commenting.

I’m still not sure what to do, is it chain 2 or 3. In the video it looks like chain 2 after the first shell then chain 3 after the 9 treble but I think this will make it wonky. Please help, I don’t want to do the wrong thing and have to unpick (-:
@kathyhlinak63957 жыл бұрын
Karen Versfeld what do I do? Chain 2 or 3?
@JonnaMartinezCrochet7 жыл бұрын
You can ch 2 like I did or use the pattern and ch3 either way is fine.
@Wolfyd-ug8cz6 жыл бұрын
I could be wrong, but I think on row 13 you only chain 2 between each shell and pineapple because you don't chain one after the last treble.

Yes I was just about to comment this glad I checked the written pattern

Jonna, LOVE YOUR TUTORIALS, but on round 13, you start off with a chain to between the shell and the 9 treble ch1, then you say ch 3. The pattern says ch2, it never mentions ch3.

I’m really happy you love my tutorials! I am a human crocheting and filming not a machine so typos happen. My doily turned out beautifully so a chain 1,2 or 3 will work perfectly fine. Thank you for watching and commenting.

In row 13 you chained 2 after the beginning shell and then 3 after.. should they all be 3? Also I love your tutorials! Thank you for making them understandable 😊
@JonnaMartinezCrochet Жыл бұрын
I’m sure you could do two or 3, whatever works. 3 was probably correct if I kept doing that number afterwards. I’m a human not a computer so sometimes when I mean 3 I’m thinking of something else entirely and only do two. They will both work though because the doily you see in this video is the one I made on camera. Thank you for watching! I hope you love making this doily!

I'm trying this, but when I treble , chain one, in the none trebles, I'm ending up with 8, not 7. If I skip the first treble, I get 7. Because if you treble , chain one into the top of all 9 trebles, you're only reducing the stitch by one.

Hello Let me start out by saying that you are very good at crochet videos, i completed the pineapple peacock shawl not to long ago I really want to know how to change the pattern to complete multiple rows of pineapples. I want to make this into a large area rug for my bedroom
@JonnaMartinezCrochet7 жыл бұрын
+caroline pence I would just make it bigger by using a bigger hook and yarn. There is a way to make more rows but I’m not exactly sure how to do this without testing myself. Thank you so much for the complements,for watching and commenting!

I disagree, I don’t like those videos where it takes forever to do every little thing. Luckily we can just change the speed of the video in the settings if we want, or even pause it and go back if there’s something we didn’t catch.
