When you get the green dice globe, the playing pieces around the edge of the board need to be on a yellow tile to be awarded those directional wilds. You can see the arrows directions on the screen when it comes up.

If you bet $300 and win $600, that's not a massive win in my book. I once managed to get 600 out of it with 5 German marks. That's what I call a massive win. But in the end the machine always wins anyway because it is preset so that the ratio is 40 to 60. 40 for the player and 60 for the machine manufacturer.
