Discovered her on a city and colour tweet (c&c is my favorite band ever) started listening to ruby and love every single song of hers, then I see an article saying she is Dallas younger sister? Is this true? I cant find any proof of it anywhere? Anyways going to see her in October with my fiance and we're both really excited!

No, Dallas is like a "big brother" type figure for Ruby. He's a friend and a fan who has asked her to come on tour with him twice now. Both incredible musicians. They met at a music festival a few years ago and he wanted to support her music and career. 💛
