The traffic light was irrelevant - the exit wasn't clear so you shouldn't have entered it and neither should the Mini. According to the adjudicators you should stop at the green and not enter the box until there is a gap on the far side big enough for your vehicle. If you don't they reserve the right to extract some additional council funding from you.

There's one near me where there's a fairly long gap from the light to the start of the box junction, and if you go to the edge of the box you'd be blocking people turning right into (it's a private school) it. You wait at the light and people coming out of the school can block you, so you can go from green to red to green again and not move quite easily. It's just tough, wait until the exit is clear, that's all there is to it.

#3 I’m confused as to what rules they broke? It looked like a clip of nothing. #5 The only legal requirement is a helmet if he wants a skin graft upon coming off it’s up to him really. Going over the stop line isn’t ideal but common when filtering just another clip of nothing happening again. #7 It’s expected bikes will be filtering they are hardly over the line and you can see by the time you pass they have crossed back to their side. You shouldn’t be going ‘full speed’ with that kind of traffic on the other side of the road anyway. Yet another clip of nothing. #9 Was the brake checking? It looked like they were braking for the lorry ahead and was literally nothing they weren’t even close to you.

#6 The piece in Norwich & the bus reminded me of a time, admittedly over 15 years ago, when the bus company there complained to my brother (he was responsible for the road layouts there then) about damage on the buses when going over some new speed bumps.He had them rechecked & promptly told the bus company boss there was nothing wrong with the speed bumps & perhaps the bus drivers should slow down when taking the bumps!! #7 As a bike rider I have a tendancy to do this sort of thing, but not on curves, only where I can see on coming traffic. #10 He complained the the cammer needed to know Highway Code, well it states he was going too fast!! #11 Nice to see a bit where the cammer makes a mistake.

#9 (looks like an audi) so the audi speeds past you, then they put their brakes on to get back to the speed limit once they move to lane 1, you panic and think thats a brake check? it wasnt, they should have given a bigger gap to you when moving to lane one but they didnt impead you or actually try to brake check you. #12, you caused that problem. give way to the right and vehicles approaching from the right, and you should give way to both lanes on roundabouts. you are going over the giveway line when the last white car is coming past and think the lorry is going slow you can pull out but didnt anticipate the 4x4 in the other lane which you should have allowed for.

@douglasried699 #12 You are not really correct about that one as the give way to both lanes is correct but if you look at the video at 6.55 only the flatbed is in view apart from the white car so no 4x4 is visible and you talk of the fact of going over the give way lines, this is called creep/creeping (Ashley Neil videos). Look at the hatched area this ends past the giveway lines so this is the creep space going over the give way lines for creeping is allowed this is to keep the cars going round the roundabout an area they should avoid to allow this to happen. The lorry has also entered and managed to exit the roundabout clearly still in front of the 4x4 so 4x4 driver is the Dick in this case.

@@rustydusty2992 @6.56 the 4x4 has overtaken the lorry in lane 2 of the roundabout, its side by side with the lorry @6.55, i bet the cam driver thought the 4x4 was going further round and chanced their luck on the gap, creeped and pulled out when should have been giving way to both lanes. Cam driver still causes the problem by choosing to go. They could have stopped early of the give way line, waited for a safer gap and creeped into that. 4x4 would not have done what it did if cam driver gave way. I do watch Ashley, it would be interesting to hear his thoughts on it.

@@douglasreid699 Only just visible at 6.55 and if you did watch Ashley enough you would also remember he talks of lorry pull away speeds as well and how this could have been fixed by drivers, as if the 4x4 could not have done so very easily by even just coming off the accelerator. Anybody but you obviously thinks that a 4x4 driver driving at speed throughout a roundabout slices past a lorry that close with no margin of safety jumps in front of a lorry and brake checks is a little angel even if the lorry driver had made a small mistake that could have easily been fixed, I'll tell you what Ashely would say "you're an idiot".

#8 although not great cycling, swerving across road like that really nothing happened and if the cyclist wants to go onto the A13 they can by all means. Also could be many reasons why they don't use the cycle lane, as it is on one side and on the pavement turning right later on might be very tricky if they used it. TBH I would have used the bus lane if I was on a bike and going that direction.

I watch every upload, but I have to say the standard of clips being put into these montages is dropping. Half of them nothing happens, or the cammer tried to force something for a clip. Deffo leave out clips where the cammer is like oops silly me I stopped in a box.. Whoever is editing these, just think, is this clip actually worth of the video or is it just filler to make the minutes up? Because these filler clips are putting me off. It’s ok to upload less with a quality video compared to throwing any old clips out just to get a video up.

Drivers expect to be overtaken on the right and they're more likely to see you in their off-side wing mirror. Oncoming traffic can see you more easily too, so you're less like to have oncoming traffic turn right across you. You'll also have more room to manoeuvre. Pass with plenty of space and don't feel obliged to stay in your lane. Cyclists can filter past a traffic jam by crossing the dashed white line and riding in the oncoming lane - as long as it's clear. Any oncoming traffic has right of way. Oncoming drivers may pull over to the left to give you room. If not, you need to rejoin the traffic stream (see below).
