Hi Ruby. The negotiation at work went terribly wrong and the meeting ended up in a screaming match (at least I won the latter! Meager consolation...) I must say this particular ASMR was exactly what I needed afterwards. So I didn't even leave my office, I turned off the lights (the staff must've wondered what the hell I was doing) and put on my headphones right away... It was so soothing that it nearly felt as if you were there 😎 Keep them coming, please!

If you never tried to use a real Tibetan bowl with water in it, try while you're circling the rim with a mallet. You'll understand a lot of things 😊😉

This is a full moon bowl from Nepal. I have a video with water by a lake I did a few months ago. Singing bowls are found all throughout the Himalayas not just specifically Tibet. 🙏 there are also howls that are thinner and wider specifically made to be played with water and enhance the visual effects. I sadly don't own any at the moment.
