One of the main reasons for this fault can be the wrong choice of the converter by power, a short circuit to the ground or in the output cable, motor overload, or mechanical blocking of the shaft.

Overload vfd me setting kuch nahi hai. Lekin aap vfd ko 30hz ya 40hz me run kar sakte ho. Yek bar kamti frequency rakh ke dekho . Vfd ka power off karke dubara se start kijiye

Sir a911 aa raha h isko kase thik kare plz help
@Ruchielectrical Жыл бұрын
the A911 alarm is defined as "The Vdc_max controller works to keep the DC-link voltage (r0026) below the level specified in r1242" in the manual This will be the DC Link controller cutting in (A911) to extend the ramp down time, however stopping a high inertial load is tricky, possibly needs a resistor braking to absorb the regenerated energy. Even changing the drive set point will have an impact. The energy stored in a load of this type can be high, and the resistor rating for controlling this load requires calculation. Or, is it possible to allow the load to ‘coast’, by disabling the V20 output? The reason for fitting a VS drive may require justification, is this required, or can a Direct drive be used??

Check Wiring Connections: Verify the wiring connections for the analog input channel. Ensure that the connections are secure, properly terminated, and connected to the correct terminals on both the inverter and the external sensor or control device. Inspect Sensor or Transducer: If the analog input is connected to a sensor or transducer, inspect the sensor/transducer for any signs of damage or malfunction. Check for loose connections, broken wires, or faulty components that could be causing the signal loss. Calibrate Sensor: If the analog input relies on a sensor or transducer, ensure that the sensor/transducer is calibrated correctly. Improper calibration can result in incorrect signal readings or signal loss. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for calibrating the sensor/transducer. Verify Input Configuration: Check the inverter's parameter settings related to the analog input channel. Ensure that the input channel is configured correctly for the type of signal being received (e.g., voltage or current), and that the scaling and offset parameters are set appropriately. Inspect Power Supply: Verify that the power supply to the external sensor or control device is stable and within the specified voltage range. Inadequate power supply voltage can cause signal instability or loss. Check Grounding: Ensure that the inverter and all connected devices are properly grounded. Poor grounding can introduce noise or interference into the analog signal, leading to signal loss or instability. Analog inputs are commonly used in inverters for various purposes such as speed control, current control, or parameter adjustment. Broken wire. Signal out of limits

Common Causes of F2 Failure The power supply voltage is too high. This can be caused by power fluctuations or operating overvoltage caused by other devices on the power supply side. To high load energy back flow. Ok Please your input voltage and output voltage not stable showing f2 error

Siemens v20 drive Fault f3 and f60 By reading and interpreting the fault messages F3 under voltage and F60 time overflow ASIC, it looks like a big EMI problem or a hard ware defect. Check the potential whether it is equal, check the DC bus voltage .....
