Even my husband does everything on his own whenever he gets time. I always tell him he is an all rounder ( a very good cook, a great carpenter, painter, he can stitch the clothes, he even applies mehndi on my hand, and has done waxing for me in the past, lol). I call him google because I have never seen such a sharp minded guy, we both are into IT and he is damn technical . So I am blessed by the grace of God

Odin is really like my baba, who thrives on DIY! We have a phrase in Bengali called 'Ekai aeksho' which roughly means one person is much more able than the hundreds out there. Odin really emboides that energy. 😁

7:40 I don't understand why Odin didn't want you to show this part. DIY is a good thing. The house I'm living in now, I remember painting it by myself even at 2 o'clock during the night. Although it was a little creepy cuz I had to remove all the curtains to paint. It was awesome and I'm proud of myself for doing that. 💪

DIY is very common in the western country so please do not worry what people think. Try using Neil Med Sinus Rinse for children which might help Ivan's bleeding/throat issue (Canada)

Fabulous video. Fantastic furnture. I love the DIY which is nothing of shame. Love funny and yet intelligent Ivan. Future surgeon hopefully :) This house is lovely. It would have been nice is this was the permanent one I love the pan on the walls now -when I was younger I didn't lolz. It was funny how Odin was working as a scientist on cleaning that small pot and you just said i would scrub it off lol-so cute. I would have freaked out with that lazy recording lol.

One suggestion, if you are keeping things in an open storage , pls try to fold the clothing/ blankets/ sheets etc in the same way and arrange them size wise . If you place the stuff with folded side outwards , it will give a neater look . Also, if you dont want to use an almirah with door, you may like to use a wooden partition or a curtain whichever is feasible.

You can clean the back of your pans with salt, vinegar and a steel scrub. So lovely to see Ivan say thank you so very much to the camera. Must have learned that from you. I think he has learned to be a perfectionist from his dad. What solution did odin use to clean the rust. So happy to see you bring your kitchen spices, couch and other stuff from your old home. Hope you managed to bring along everything and if not, there is still time if you still have the keys. Take care of the pennies and the pounds will take care of themselves. Maybe you can bring back your old washing machine too and put it in another bathroom and use it if this one goes on the blink. Waste not, want not. Was just thinking about you today and if you managed to recover the data on your iphone and I suddenly saw your vlog. Do let us know if the phone could be fixed and you managed to save some old vlogs. Otherwise no worries, loss is part of life, you will make many more vlogs. Take care and get rest. Do some shopping through home delivery from groceries if available, especially your favourite one that you went to in this vlog, dont know if you have it in china, here you can buy one small thing and have it delivered for a small fee from blinkit, etc, and also get home delivery from Amazon. @RuchiinChina it is terrible to lose the fruit of your labours through no fault of your own, after so much hard work. But slowly we recover from such episodes and after some time we hardly think about it. Thanks to the power of the human mind to help us forget bad stuff, otherwise we would never recover from our sorrows and go into depression. Please don't stress about it, when there is nothing we can do we must just bow our heads and endure and wait for the regret to pass. Do back up your data from now on on storage devices or on the cloud, because of apple's proprietary controls it is more difficult to recover stuff on an iPhone than an android. Onwards and upwards, don't look back. You are a very strong and optimistic person and that will always help you bounce back.
