Very nice masala base. But my mother would always say, use hot water for Non-vegetarian cooking for topping up or while cooking... Something she learnt post marriage in countryside cooking. Just saying thou.

It is better to cook the masala in oggarane , and add the khaima balls . I use tomato puree . It does look more the 1/2 kg . I like to roast the raw ingredients and grind. Thanks for the recipe

In the beginning while the ingredients were listed it says 1kg mutton kheema. But throughout the show it’s been said half kg mutton kheema. Please clarify
