Ingredients
Eggs -5
Onion -1
Ginger -small
Green chilli -3
Pepper powder -1/4tsp
Garam Masala -one pinch
Salt-
Potato -1
Carrot -1/2
Beans - 3
Water -1
Oil -3 tbsp
Curry leaves -
Thick Coconut Milk -1cup
Thin Coconut Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Boil Egg and remove the shell , keep aside
In a cooker add potato and vegetables along with salt and onion, cook for 2 whistle in medium flame..
Heat oil in a kadai add onion, chilli, salt, ginger and curry leaves, saute till translucent..
Then add pepper powder and garam masala , saute and add cooked vegetables.. cook for 5 minutes.. Then add egg and mix.
Then add thin coconut milk and and mix ..
Cook for 5-6 minutes in medium flame ..
stir occasionally
Then add thick coconut milk and switch off the stove
Then add curryleaves , green chilli and coconut oil
close for 5 minutes
serve with appam, idiyappam, chapathi, bread etc..
