Hi, one question, the management vlan it was left as 1. The question is whe a management frame is sent from the ap to the switch port is untagged or tagged vlan 1?? best regards

Until and unless you configure the AP accordingly, all the frames will be sent normally to everyone and upon configuration, the frame will be accordingly ..

This is maddening! Is this the same process for R350s, because I can ping it but typing the default IP into the browser, I get a refused to connect message

If that is the case then 1st hard reset your AP... After that try to access with the default IP address

@@infotech33 I did figure it out, we have Ruckus Commscope, and it was simply a matter of plugging into the switch, logging in and adding it using the serial number! The Ruckus manual was usless lol but your video pointed me in the right direction thanks!

@@infotech33 this is the same issue that I am running into. I can connect to the R550 multiple ways and can successfully ping the default IP address, but entering the IP into the browser states cannot load page. I have reset the unit and the same issue continues to happen.

Try to access your AP with the following command 192.168.0.1 Where the IP address will be the default IP address of your access point.. for default IP address, check the back side of the device. 1st of All make sure that you have the latest firmware on your AP . If you don't know how to download and update to the latest firmware, then watch my another video on how to download the latest firmware and how to update the firmware .. After updating to the latest firmware, if the problem persists then, check the power connectivity .. power adapter must be inserted properly in the power socket ..
