Dr Inacio is right. The restaurants play music till 3 in the morning and create a lot of noise, parking issues, drunkards etc. Anjuna and its residents need to have some peace and quiet.

These are selfish people who think only about their business. Govt rule is you can play your music upto 10 but what about the decibel. Police should comply to the high court order but they only arrest innocent people and violent people roam freely.
