What def of distance player can train mino? (Use light armour and hood speed)

I have 560+ def with full blue gold and legendary gold gloves + belt. Typically I use full heavy (no swifts or speed set) except for a blue gold light chest for the dist buff. Once I'm 430 dist I'll switch to full heavy with swifts. Also, i don't wear def neck + ring as I usually pt right before afk training and instead just wear soul pendant + ring to save space
