Jeremy: Dude, are you sure you want to do that? Roy: What are you talking about? They're women and can't design better than men. Jeremy: You are so wrong to say that. I have seen some of their work before and they are much better what Connor came up with. Let me tell you why. You see, I used to own a multimillionaire designing company. I used to have a lot of employees I used to respect and care for. Overtime, my greed got the better of me and I became selfish, demanding and disrespectful. There was one special designer named Tim who used to work for my company and it was his designs that kept my company afloat. I never once was grateful for his help and took him for granted. It got to the point where Tim had enough of my maltreatment and quit to start his own firm, DM Designs. His friend and the other talented member, Ryan, soon joined him as a manager. Without him and Tim, I had to do the work myself. However, I secretly knew how much my work didn't compare to theirs because I have never done any of the designs before. One day, my former top client came to see my work and I showed him what I have done. He was so disappointed and insulted by the work, he ended our multimillion agreement and left. The client went to Tim's design group and was impressed by his and Ryan's creative vision that they got the new deal. After this, my life went downhill when I could no longer afford the high lifestyle I was so used to live in. I had to downsize by selling all my personal belongings and my company to pay bills. It took me a long time to finally apologize to my former employees for the way I treated them, but I had to hit rock bottom to learn my lesson. I have a job now as a security guard and I'm working hard to appreciate the little things I currently have. So you see, I don't want you making my mistake in how you mistreat your more talented staff over someone who can't create anything to save his life. Because one day, you'll find yourself in my shoes in having to lose everything you worked so hard in life and and selling everything you have to pay bills. Let that reality sink in for you
