You all need to actually look at what QI is for and what it does and then realize that QI isn't the issue. QI can and should be revoked when something like this happens. The issue is, due to corruption and "good ole boy" QI isn't removed when it should be and even if it is, the officer isn't held liable for the payment. Ending QI does NOT fix that issue.

The clerk will tell the so called judge what to sentence them with. It is like a magistrates court in the UK where my sister sit as a magistrate. In fact when she was backing out of my drive one day she smashed into a neighbours car so badly that it was a write off.
