De hecho el primero, el que más enoja a todos fue un malentendido que se aclaró después. Según tengo entendido, Jared tuvo una conversación con la mamá de la chica en la sesión de firmas o algo así, y bromearon sobre ser culpado o algo de lo que pregunto la chica. Pero ella no supo explicar quién era (la hija de esta mujer) ni de aquella conversación, entonces Jared obviamente no se acordó y la chica pensaba que si y le estaba siguiendo el juego, no se daba cuenta lo mal que estaba sonando lo que decía, y la incomodidad de todos, al final Jensen se terminó enojado y le cortó el rostro. Después cuando termino la convención, la chica o la mamá no tengo claro, se acercó y no sé cómo logro hablar con ellos y explicarles el malentendido.

its called damage control, cant upset too many fans, otherwise they will turn against you and rant online how "terrible" the actors and it cause some serious fallout for the actors could affect thier future roles. they need to hire a PR team for these even to control the questioning and answers, in my opinion, if they are going to these cons often. also they are well aware of the fans nastiness during the spn run. i beilieve when dean was in a relationship with family and her son, the REAL fans threatened the actors so they couldnt come back and reprise the role. its the diestiel dynamic that they dint want a 3RD wheel.

Like I've said before, it's not cheap/easy to get into one of these conventions/panels, so if someone is going to be rude, why don't they just stay home and let someone else have the ticket?
