Lang im Wasser, (uh.. entschuldigung: auf Englisch!), effective acceleration and good timing on the catch, especially the third one. Clean finish.

Yes that's true. This rower has but other benefits, for example, the total dynamics. He was fast!

Dear fiftygab I took the liberty to look at your channel. There are fewer examples of you rowing there, than there are mistake in any of these rowing techniques. So what it's worth, this is some pretty damn good rowing going on here. Especially now that the rower sits in the German Eight and will probably have a London gold medal around his neck soon. So what have got to show us, fiftygab? Armchair rowing perhaps?

quite good but there are many mistakes in my opinion...when the shinbones are ninety grades ,the blades are completely out of the water...when he starts to pull (the blades are under pressure in water) shinbones lost their angle... finally he didn't finish the legs drive and he started with the back,to make matters worse, has also already started the arms... example 0:49

I'll show you just a couple of rowing technique videos. In our club we had regular rowing champion. Now Eric has even reached the Olympic victory. What are you getting excited for you? I do not know anyone who rows correctly. Showing some videos on how to make it better. There are still far too few videos. Why make it a secret. No pain no gain.

I took the liberty to look at your channel too and i didn't see you rowing... i only expressed my opinion and i didn't offend this guy... i know that everyone make mistakes in rowing technique... i only illustrate which are his...finally, for your information, i'm an italian LM single sculler and only one month ago i raced in the double SENIOR against SARTORI and BATTSTI at the italian championships...you speak of the olympics, you know them?...and you? what do you want us to see? speak rowing?
