Yeah, when you work in the catering industry for a while, you tend to rack up a nice collection of these stories. Ever witnessed someone steal a quiche right in front of your nose? Oh my god - that was hilarious! I think customers in the UK are angrier than other countries because they've been bottling it up for years - I can say this because I was born in Essex. Lots of emotionally repressed people there. Love your accent by the way and I blush too - can't help it being a red-head. I've just subscribed and will see if you've made any other customer related posts because that would be awesomeness!
