I'm from Great Britain (the U.K.) and love your Audits and have learned a lot from you. Recently 2 British Female Police Officers were knocking on the door looking for a person living just down the stairs in the flat below mine. The knocking was loud so naturally I investigated. After a lot of blah, blah, blah with no answer from the door, they said they were looking for Mr. so-and-so, and did I know where he was. After a lot of back and forth where I said I had no idea, they came out with ''can we have your name, sir, so we can put in our report who we spoke to?''. Having taken your advice, in no uncertain terms I told them (paraphrasing here) to 'fuck off' and closed my flat door in their faces. They crept away and left me alone. Thanks very much BAT..... P.S. The person in question is a good friend and neighbor and I let him know of the incident

The “eye chart lady”, I can’t recall her name. She did a good job. BAT was a little rough with her but she took the blows she wasn’t rude and even apologized. She admitted she was ignorant and now she’s not and that’s a win for everyone.
