Okay so I work at Sephora and those milk makeup cream products always have that issue with the packaging. We get lots of returns on them because of that. I think the reason it happens it’s difference in temperatures? It seems that if any part of it starts to melt then dries it dries to the lid and gets stuck to it basically. This is a known issue for milk makeup so I’m surprised they didn’t correct it for their new contour sticks.
